My name is Mike Todd and I have been a dedicated and successful real estate professional in the Lake Norman area for the past 11 years. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability. My family has lived in the Troutman area for 10 years.  I'm currently on the Planning and Zoning board for the town of Troutman, a member of the Small Town Main St project for the Town of Troutman, a member of the Rotary Club of Troutman, and one of the first members on the Park committee for Troutman.  I also helped organize the first annual Fourth of July Festival.   My family spends most of our Summer weekends out on the Lake. I like Nascar, collector cars, golf and the beach.
